We hope you’ve had a wonderful week! Things have been busy here at school with students hard at work on their iReady diagnostics for the mid-year assessment. We will send the results home shortly! Students in grade 2 and 3 have also participated in DIBELS early literacy benchmark screenings to gain further information about their foundational literacy skills. We have noticed an uptick in the number of absences for students due to respiratory and flu-like illnesses. At school we continue to proactively clean high- contact surfaces and we are also emphasizing routine hand washing and sanitizing throughout the day. Your cooperation in monitoring your child’s symptoms is appreciated. While we certainly want students attending school every day, please keep your child home if they are experiencing symptoms such as fever. Please remember that students must be fever-free for a full 24 hours without the use of fever reducing medications like Tylenol or Motrin. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to Nurse Peters in the Health Office at 508-824-2731 or email at s[email protected] Castleball Club: Castleball Club is still rolling and is always accepting anyone who would like to join! We are continuing on every Tuesday in January from 4:30-5:30 at the Bridgewater Dome on the back field. The cost is $10 per session ($15 for siblings).
