Principal's Update

Hello LaLiberte Families,
Happy Mother’s Day! I hope you are enjoying the weekend. 

On behalf of the LaLiberte staff, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the LPO Parent Group, the LaLiberte families, and all of the wonderful volunteers for the thoughtful breakfasts, lunches, goodies, treats, and special surprises provided throughout Teacher Appreciation Week. Your generosity, kindness, and continued support truly mean so much to our staff. The care and appreciation you show help make LaLiberte such a special and supportive community, and we are incredibly thankful for everything you do.
Here is our information for this week:

• Math MCAS Dates - Students will take the Math MCAS Assessment THIS week on the following dates:
  Grade 3 - Monday, May 11 
  Grade 3 - Tuesday, May 12
  Grade 4 - Thursday, May 14
  Grade 4 - Friday, May 15
  
• Kindergarten Registration for the 2026 - 2027 school year is now open. Please see the flyer for more information: 2026 - 2027 Bridgewater-Raynham Kindergarten Registration
  
• B.R. Youth Road Race is May 17th. Please see the flier for more information: B.R.Youth Road Race
  
• Friendly Reminder from the Health Office - If your child needs to take any sort of medication during the school day, please contact the school nurse at 508-824-2731 ext 5 for the appropriate paperwork and policies for safe administration. Thank you!
  
• Change of Clothes - Just a reminder now that the season has changed, please send in a change of clothes for your child in the event they get sick or have a spill.

Teacher Appreciation: Thank you to Sarah Leonard and all parents who helped make teacher appreciation week such a success! It was a fun week with lots of food, treats and raffles for our amazing teachers !!!

Memorial Day Parade: All students are invited to join the LPO float for Raynham’s Annual Memorial Day Parade. Please arrive at the Merrill parking lot by 9AM to help decorate!
