Hello Laliberte Families,
I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and a relaxing long weekend. Here is our weekly information:

• Early Release Day - Students will be dismissed at 12:05 pm this Wednesday, December 3rd, so teachers can participate in professional development. Lunch will be served.
  
• Trimester 1 grades close this Monday, December 1st. Report cards will be available Friday, December 5th via PowerSchool.
  
• Bridgewater-Raynham Schools are conducting a clothing drive across all schools throughout the month of December. We are looking for new or gently used coats, hats, gloves, boots, hoodies, sweatpants and packaged socks in all sizes. There is a bin placed near the front office. 
  
• RAVE 18th Annual Holiday Craft Fair will take place on Saturday, December 6th from 9:00 - 3:00pm at Laliberte School. Please see the flyer for more details    RAVE Holiday Craft Fair
• Dental Visits- Just a reminder that if you gave permission at the beginning of the school year for your child to visit the dentist,  the dentist will be at Laliberte on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday of this week.
• Please send in a note if you are dismissing your child early. This will allow for the teacher to have your child ready for dismissal and the office will know where to locate your child for the dismissal. This will expedite the dismissal process for you.

• NO SCHOOL Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving break.
  
• School - wide Crazy sock day this Monday
• School - wide pajama day this Tuesday

Winter Theme Parties- Each grade will come on a specific day to enjoy holiday crafts and games! This event relies on volunteers to help set up, clean up and work a variety of different stations. Please use the link below to sign up on your child's specific day!

Reminders: School wide Crazy sock day November 24th and Pajama Day November 25th. Students earned these special days from the Fun Run fundraiser.

• NO SCHOOL this Tuesday in observance of Veteran’s Day.
• If any families need assistance during the holiday season, please reach out to Deb Westell. All information remains confidential.
• Thank you to everyone who participated in our Community Food Drive last week. Your generosity certainly made a difference!
• Picture retake day is Monday, November 17th.
• There is no LPO meeting in December.
• While in the car  line for student drop off in the morning and student pick up in the afternoon, please keep a space open in the line when approaching the back parking lot near the playground. This will allow cars to enter and exit the back parking lot during this busy time. Thank you!’

• Community Food Drive - We are having a community food drive this Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Please see Help Us Feed Local Families for information.
  
• The Scholastic Book Fair was a huge success! Thank you to the many volunteers who helped with its success!
  
• Fall portraits went home last week. Picture retakes will be Monday, November 17th.
  
• Fourth graders had an amazing time on their field trip last week to the Lloyd Center.

School Store: Returns the first week of November. Every grade will have a specific day to shop the store in the morning before going to class. Students shouldn't need more than $5. CASH ONLY !
